Church History
In April 1912 at the farm home of Dr. S. I. Colvin, the First Baptist Church of La Feria was organized. There were 11 charter members. The community joined together to build a Sunday School Building. Collections paid for visiting preachers. 3 years later, In 1915, the population of La Feria, TX was 100.
